Guardian Disability Insurance Participation Raised to $20,000

At the recent Disability Insurance Specialist meeting Berkshire announced they are raising their participation limits to $20,000.

This still means the largest disability insurance policy Berkshire will issue is $15,000. If your client has $15,000 already in-force, it does mean Berkshire will issue up to an additional $5,000 a month in coverage assuming your client has the income necessary to obtain that level of coverage.

The combined total in-force coverage can now be up to $20,000, but Berkshire will issue no more than $15,000.
