Instructions for Completing the Individual Broker Appointment Paperwork:

1. Please include a copy of your resident state license as well as ANY other states to which you are currently licensed. There are a few states that are considered pre-appointment states. If you reside in one of these states you will be unable to submit business until your appointment is completed. Taking the time to send in the completed broker kit and licenses now will prevent any complications in the future.
