Their corporate headquarters has changed a few times over the years from Park Avenue to Hanover Square, and now to Hudson Yards. They created a new company called "Berkshire Life Insurance Company of America" to focus on the individual disability insurance marketplace. The Provider Choice DI product being sold today by Guardian agents across the country is manufactured, sold, and underwritten by Berkshire Life Insurance Company of America.
